John 14:16-17 (NKJV) And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.
The Holy Spirit has been assigned to help every believer, not just in understanding the Scriptures but in practical wisdom, godly living, fine-tuning our strategies, and warning of possible dangers. It is a form of protection that God has given us if we are sensitive to the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is the third person in the Godhead of the Trinity. Present at the time of creation, He was the one who brought everything into the physical realm once the Word was spoken. It was the power of the Holy Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead. He has the creative and resurrection power in Him, and He is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent. He has been sent to be your comforter, counsellor, helper, intercessor, advocate, and strengthener. The Holy Spirit is the one who strengthens your “inner man” to overcome temptations, and He is the source from which all the gifts of the Holy Spirit flow out of your life.
If you allow Him to work in and through you, the Holy Spirit will be very active in your life, because He is the senior partner in your life if you would consecrate your life to Him. He will empower you to serve God with the gifts that He has given to you because you are a conduit for His power to flow through so that people will be blessed by His ministry.
The person of the Holy Spirit is just as real as Jesus who walked on earth. The only difference is you cannot see or touch Him, but He holds the same power. Jesus was anointed with the Holy Spirit who empowered Him to do the work of the ministry. The question is, “Are you tapping into His help?” If you want His power to flow through you to be a blessing to others, you need to get to know Him first. For example, before you can minister to others, you will need to know how the Holy Spirit speaks to you, leads you, and gives you an inner witness whether it is to warn you or to allow you to proceed to do something.
Therefore, we need to be conscious of His presence and spend time talking to Him so that we can get to know Him better. Friendship with the Holy Spirit can only be developed through actual companionship.

圣灵被指派帮助每一个信徒，不仅仅是在明白圣经的内容，还包括实用的智慧、敬虔的生活、调整我们的策略以及警告可能发生的危险。如果我们对圣灵敏感，这就是上帝给予我们的一种保护形式。
圣灵是三位一体神中的第三位格。在创世之时就存在, 话语一旦说出，祂就将一切带入物质世界里。是圣灵的力量使耶稣基督从死里复活。祂拥有创造和复活的大能，并且祂是全能、全知、无处不在的。祂被差派来成为我们的安慰者、辅导员、帮助者、代祷者、辩护者和赐能力者。圣灵是给“内在的你”加能力以克服诱惑的那位，祂是让所有圣灵的恩赐从你的生命流出的源头。
如果你允许圣灵在你里面并藉着你动工，那么圣灵在你的生命中将非常活跃，因为如果你愿意将生命分别为圣献给祂时，祂就是你生命中的资深伙伴。祂会赋予你能力用祂赐给你的恩赐来事奉上帝，因为你是祂能力流出的管道，使人们因祂的事工而蒙福。
圣灵的位格与在地上行走的耶稣一样真实。唯一的区别是我们看不见也摸不着圣灵，但祂拥有相同的能力。耶稣被圣灵膏抹，赋予祂能力去做事工。问题是“你是否依靠祂的帮助”。如果你想让祂的能力通过你流露出来，成为他人的祝福，你需要先认识祂。例如，在你能够服事他人之前，你需要知道圣灵如何对你说话、引导你，并给你内住的见证，无论是警告你还是允许你继续做某件事。
因此，我们需要意识到祂的存在，并花时间与祂交谈，以便我们可以更好地了解祂。与圣灵的这种友谊只能通过实际的陪伴来发展。
