ICS has supported various Good Works throughout Shanghai and beyond. One of the ways we practice being a family blessed to bless the community and the nations is through our annual Charity Golf Tournament. For the past 12 years, ICS has been raising funds for various beneficiaries that are in need within the community. This charity event is an outreach opportunity for golfers, corporates, and individuals wishing to contribute to each year’s chosen cause(s). It is more blessed to give than to receive!

Due to pandemic, ICS‘s 12th Annual Charity Golf Tournament originally set on May have been rescheduled to 14 Oct, Friday at Shanghai Silport Golf Club. It is with much excitement that The Expatriate Center (TEC) will be co-organizing this event with one of our Ambassador Centers, ICS, and dive into the long-awaited golf tournament, as well as charity auction dinner. ICS Charity Golf Tournament’s goal is to raise at least a minimum of RMB 600,000 in the hopes of supporting underprivileged families from the Hongqiao Community, in response to the call of the state to battle against poverty and mobilize social forces in poverty alleviation work. We take this opportunity to reach out to corporations, private companies, individuals who would like to contribute to help the less fortunate in society.
今年ICS慈善高尔夫球赛目标要筹集至少60万元人民币，以支持来自虹桥社区的贫困家庭，来响应国家的号召。动员社会力量开展扶贫工作。我们借此机会呼吁愿意为帮助社会上有需要的群体做出贡献的公司，私营企业，个人加入我们献出你们的爱心。
Our Beneficiaries 受助对象
Due to the population’s elderly needs, rapid advancement of medical technology, equipment and other various reasons, the burden of medical expenses are rising by the year, basic medical insurance these days can no longer resolve the burden of chronic diseases suffered by many households. Even within the city of Shanghai, there are countless families around us who cannot afford their living expenses caused by chronic illnesses.
由于人口老龄化、医疗技术和设备的进步更新等多方面的原因，居民所承担的医疗费用正在逐年上升，基本医保难以解决群众因大病承担的重负。
This time we will collaborate with Hongqiaojiedao initiatives to support around 10 underprivileged Families of illness and students who cannot support their school fees and living.
这次我们将支持在虹桥街道的10个其中包括“因病致贫”和“贫困学生”的家庭，希望改善他们的生活条件。所有捐款将用于他们的需要。
