Romans 8:26-27 (NKJV) Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
One of the works of the Holy Spirit in our lives is to intercede through us when we are distressed.
The Holy Spirit is very sensitive to our emotions because He cares for us deeply. It is during our moments of weakness and deep distress that He prays through us with groanings that come from deep within our hearts, from the “spirit man”. He makes intercession for us through our speaking in tongues. The wonderful thing is this intercession in the Spirit will be in accordance with the will of God for our lives. It is after we have partnered with, or yielded to the Holy Spirit interceding through us that we say all things work for the good of those who love God. It is when we know that it is the Holy Spirit praying through us that we feel His closeness and sense His love, His grace, His mercy, and His faithfulness in journeying with us. There will be a release in our hearts and peace will fill our entire beings.
The Holy Spirit also help us to express everything that is within us. What we can’t utter in a known language due to the distress, overwhelming emotional turmoil, will be poured out to God with the help of the Holy Spirit and He will comfort us in this process when we yield to Him. He will also bring into our remembrance the promises of God, which in turn will bring faith into our hearts. It is also during this moment of fellowship with the Holy Spirit that He will grant us godly ideas, divine strategies and creativity to help us. He is our Teacher, and He can give practical ideas too because He doesn’t just teach us the Bible. There are no industries in this world that He cannot help you with because He is creator of everything. On the day of creation, the Holy Spirit was the one who brought everything that was spoken by God into being. He is always standing by us, and ready to help and play the roles that have been assigned to Him. Therefore, we can tune to His voice and His leading throughout the day—this is how close the presence of God is in our lives.
Therefore, let us be bold to enter the presence of God. Let us worship at His footstool and seek His face. There will never be any form of afflictions and tribulations that God cannot overcome with you.

我们软弱中的帮助者
罗马书8:26-27 况 且 我 们 的 软 弱 有 圣 灵 帮 助 ， 我 们 本 不 晓 得 当 怎 样 祷 告 ， 只 是 圣 灵 亲 自 用 说 不 出 来 的 叹 息 替 我 们 祷 告 。鉴 察 人 心 的 ， 晓 得 圣 灵 的 意 思 ， 因 为 圣 灵 照 着 神 的 旨 意 替 圣 徒 祈 求 。
圣灵在我们生命中的工作之一是在我们愁苦时为我们代祷。
圣灵对我们的情绪非常敏感，因为祂深深地关心我们。 正是在我们软弱和极度愁苦的时刻，祂通过我们内心深处，从“灵人”发出叹息来祈祷。 祂通过我们说方言来为我们代求。 奇妙的是，这种在圣灵里的代求符合神对我们生命的旨意。 只有在我们与圣灵同工，或者顺服圣灵通过我们代求之后，我们才说“万事都互相效力，叫爱神的人得益处”。 只有当我们知道是圣灵通过我们祷告时，我们才能体会到祂的亲近，祂的爱，祂的恩典，祂的怜悯，以及祂与我们同行的信实。 我们的心灵将得到释放，我们的整个生命会充满平安。
圣灵也帮助我们表达内心的一切。 任何我们因为愁苦和失控的情绪动荡而无法用语言表达的物事，都可以在圣灵的帮助下向神倾诉。当我们顺服祂时，祂会在这个过程中安慰我们。 祂还会让我们想起神的应许，这将使我们的心里充满信心。也正是在与圣灵交通的这一刻，祂将赐予我们敬虔的思想、属天的策略和创造力来帮助我们。 祂是我们的老师，不只是教导我们圣经，还能给我们实际的创意。 这个世界上没有一个祂不能帮助你的行业，因为祂是万物的创造者。 在创造的那一天，是圣灵将神所说的一切都转化为现实。 祂总是站在我们身边，随时准备帮助和扮演分配给祂的角色。 因此，我们可以在一天中随时倾听祂的声音和引导 – 这就是神在我们生命中的亲密同在。
因此，让我们放胆进入神的同在，在祂的脚凳前敬拜并寻求祂的面。 没有什么困苦和患难是神不能与你一起胜过的。
