Proverbs 16:3: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”
Whenever you are living to glorify the Lord, you are headed in the right direction.
Life is full of uncertainty. Will you go to college? Where will you go? Who will you marry? Where will you work? How will your kids turn out? When will you be able to retire? There really isn’t a single stage of life that doesn’t involve some kind of uncertainty for the future. Since life can be full of curve balls, it’s important to place your hope and commitment in the one person who will never change: Jesus. When you live for Him, He will guide you. Having faith in God and working to glorify Him allows God to lead you towards your purpose.
Are you committed to glorifying God in all you do today so that He will lead you where you’re meant to be tomorrow?
