Deuteronomy 30:9-10(NKJV) The Lord your God will make you abound in all the work of your hand, in the fruit of your body, in the increase of your livestock, and in the produce of your land for good. For the Lord will again rejoice over you for good as He rejoiced over your fathers, if you obey the voice of the Lord your God, to keep His commandments and His statutes which are written in this Book of the Law, and if you turn to the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
They were told specifically to choose life by turning wholeheartedly to the Lord walking and obeying all that is written in the Book of the Law. Blessings will overtake them regardless of whether they are city or country folks. It is only when they are following the Lord wholeheartedly then will their body be productive to bear children, their land will produce good crops, their kneading bowl will be full, and their livestock will increase! God has no problem blessing them and in fact, He wants them to be blessed thus He asked them to choose LIFE and GOOD! They must not choose evil and death. The Lord will fight their enemies for them if they abide with God. That’s how good God is to His chosen people if they are to walk with Him.
Wouldn’t God want you to succeed when you walk in His calling and will if God were to bless and ensure good success on their ventures in the Old Testament? ABSOLUTELY! Therefore, you and I can be rest assured that His eyes are on the righteous and He is listening to our prayers. He will always deliver us out of adversity and tribulation in His time. Meanwhile, If God blessed the Israelites in the Old Testament, wouldn’t God bless the work of your hands if you are an entrepreneur, a businessman and someone who works in the corporate world? Wouldn’t He also want you to be blessed in the city and the village? Wouldn’t He want you to be the head and not the tail? On top and not below? Most definitely! God has no favorites. This is part of the abundant life when our venture in business are within the will of God to be successful!
Good ideas might work but God’s idea will definitely prosper regardless whether it’s ministry or business.
All of us has a calling, it’s either in full time ministry or the marketplace.
It is our responsibility to seek His face to know His plan, purposes and calling for the church, the ministries and the business for our lives. Nobody can do it for you and me. We need to seek His face in order for us to have deep sleep daily regardless of the situation that develops around us. Trust and abide in the word of God and you will be successful.

选择生命和美好
申命记 30:9-10你若听从耶和华你神的话，谨守这律法书上所写的诫命、律例，又尽心、尽性归向耶和华你的神，他必使你手里所办的一切事，并你身所生的，牲畜所下的，地土所产的，都绰绰有余。因为耶和华必再喜悦你，降福于你，像从前喜悦你列祖一样。
他们被特别的叮嘱要选择生命，全心全意地转向主，遵行律法书上所写的一切。 无论他们是城里人还是乡下人，祝福都会追上他们。 只有全心全意跟随耶和华，他们的身体才会多产子孙，他们的地才能出产佳美的庄稼，他们的揉面盆才得以盛满，他们的牲畜才会增多！ 神祝福他们没有任何问题，事实上，祂希望他们得到祝福，因此祂要求他们选择生命和美好！ 他们绝不能选择邪恶和死亡。 他们若与神同行，耶和华必会为他们与仇敌争战。这就是良善的神对祂所拣选的民的美意，只要他们与神同行。
既然神在旧约中祝福并确保他们的冒险大获成功，难道神会不希望你在祂的呼召和旨意中也取得成功吗？ 绝对希望！ 因此，你我大可放心，祂的眼目眷顾义人并聆听着我们的祈祷。在祂的时间，祂必拯救我们脱离逆境和苦难。 同时，如果神在旧约中保守以色列人，那么无论你是企业家、商人或在企业界工作的人，神难道不保守你手中的工作吗？ 祂不也愿意你在城里和田里都蒙福吗？ 祂不也愿意让你做首不做尾，居上而不居下吗？ 这是无疑的！ 神不偏待人。 当我们在神旨意中的事业获得成功时，这就是丰盛生命的一部分！
好主意可能会奏效，但神的主意一定都会顺利成功，无论是事工还是做生意。
我们所有人都有一个呼召，要么是全职服事，要么是在职场中。
我们有责任寻求祂的面，去了解祂对教会、事工和我们生活事务的计划、目的和呼召。 没有人能为你我做这件事。 无论我们周遭的情况如何，我们都需寻求祂的面，以得每日的安歇。 相信并遵守上帝的话语，你就会成功。
