John 14:23 (NKJV) Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.
1 Corinthians 3:16 (NKJV) Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
The promise of the Spirit comes into the heart of every believer regardless of Jews and Gentiles the moment he believes. He wants to journey with us throughout our lives including empowering us to live differently to enjoy the abundant life.
Jesus was the word. The Holy Spirit brought the word into fruition. The person of the Holy Spirit who takes residence in us is potent. Therefore, we must not misunderstand the power of His ability when He takes residence in our heart. There is a tremendous amount of power made available to those who believe.
Ephesians 1:19-20 (NKJV) and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,
The Holy Spirit was the one who raised Jesus from the depth of the earth when Jesus was placed there on our behalf. Jesus was raised from the dead as one without sin. We need to understand the power of the Holy Spirit since He has taken abode in us and what is He able to do within us to enable us to love with His perfect love.
The Apostle Paul is spurring us on by teaching us that there is something so powerful that resides on the inside of us that we are able to overcome the law of sin and death. We are made weak by the desire of the flesh because the flesh is the sum of appetites that wants to live independent of God even though we have the nature of God in the new creation and the empowerment of the Holy Spirit now. We are free moral agents therefore we can choose either to yield to the Holy Spirit or the fleshly desire. We need to renew our mind and constantly engage the power of the Holy Spirit to walk in the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus. This inherent power of the Holy Spirit can help us to bridle our tongue and reign in the flesh! It is an indwelling strength that comes from God.
It is the work of the Holy Spirit enabling those who believe in God to act and behave differently when we yield to His overcoming power in us. It is God’s perfect love who has also provided the resources through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit for us to love like He does. To love with the perfect kind of love.

那住在我们里面的有同样无比的能力
约翰福音14:23 耶稣回答说:“人若爱我，就必遵守我的道;我父也要爱他，我们也要到他那里去，与他同住。
哥林多前书3:16 岂不知你们是神的殿，神的灵住在你们里面吗?
在相信的那一刻，圣灵的应许就进入了每个信徒的心里，无论是犹太人还是外邦人。祂要与我们一生同行，包括赋予我们能力活得与众不同，好享受丰盛的生命。
耶稣就是那道。圣灵使道成真。住在我们里面的圣灵有无比的能力。因此，当祂住在我们心里时，我们不要错误理解圣灵的能力。信的人可以从中获得巨大的能力。
以弗所书 1:19-20并知道他向我们这信的人所显的能力是何等浩大， 就是照他在基督身上所运行的大能大力，使他从死里复活，叫他在天上坐在自己的右边。
当耶稣替我们被安置到地的深处时，圣灵是那使耶稣从那里复活的。耶稣以无罪之身从死里复活。既然圣灵已经住在我们里面，我们要理解圣灵的能力，明白祂能够在我们里面做些什么，使我们能够以祂完全的爱去爱他人。
使徒保罗激励我们，他教导我们在我们里面有强大的力量，使我们能够战胜罪和死亡的律。我们因肉体的欲望而变得软弱，因为肉体是想要独立于上帝而活的欲望的总和，即使我们新造的人如今已经有了神的本性和圣灵的能力。我们拥有自由意志，因此我们可以选择随从圣灵还是随从肉体的欲望。我们需要更新我们的心思意念，持续地使用圣灵的能力在耶稣基督里行出生命圣灵的律。这种内在的圣灵的力量可以帮助我们约束我们的舌头，并统治肉身!它是一种来自神的内在力量。
当我们屈服于我们里面上帝那得胜的大能时，圣灵的工作就使那些相信上帝的人以与众不同的方式行事。正是神完全的爱，通过圣灵赋予的大能为我们提供了资源，让我们能像祂那样去爱。以完全的爱去爱。
