2 Corinthians 4:10 (NKJV) Always carrying about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our body.
Let us concentrate on who is in us rather who we are, what we have and what we can do on our own. It is especially important to draw upon God’s strength when we are stressed out. The scripture says that the power may be of God and not of us. Therefore, the secret of weathering through all tribulations is found in the power of God that resides in us! So, what is that power?
There is an intrinsic power and inherent ability that strengthen us as we go through the process of challenging times. It is made available to the believers only. The power grants us the ability to function despite the stress and the load on our lives. The power is residing on the inside of us therefore His strength is manifested in our weakness. It is not the adrenalin rush that’s sustaining us but the power of the resurrected Christ that sustains us when we are hard-pressed on every side. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead resides on the inside of you.
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV) And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”
Ephesians 3:16(NKJV) That He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,
We are able to take heart that the power is in us. There is the grace of God that infuses strength into our heart in the midst of the suffering. Grace is equal to God’s power and ability that supports us during a time of weakness.
When God’s grace is sufficient for us it means when God Almighty gives us a supernatural deposit or endowment of inner strength, gifting, ability, know-how, understanding, knowledge and favor which first leads us to salvation, and which helps us stand in victory and serve God. God’s grace helps us with the pace—the stressed and overloaded lives we often face. We need God’s grace especially during those times when we are weak and helpless! There is a strengthening of the inner man through the power of the Holy Spirit. Once there is a strengthening of the inner man through the endowment given to us then we will be able to face up to every situation.
God’s grace is sufficient for me because His strength is fully manifested in my weakness. I can do all things through Christ who strengthen me.

我的恩典够你用
哥林多后书 4:10 身上常带着耶稣的死，使耶稣的生也显明在我们身上。
让我们专注于那在我们里面的到底是谁，而不是我们自己是谁，拥有什么，靠着自己能做什么。当我们不堪重负时，依靠上帝的力量尤其重要。圣经说，这力量可能来自上帝，而不是自己。因此，历尽患难终见彩虹的秘诀就在于我们里面那上帝的能力！到底，那是什么样的能力呢？
当我们经历挑战时，有一种内在的力量和与生俱来的能力使我们更加坚强，它只提供给信徒。这种力量赋予我们能力在生活的压力和重担之下依然能够如常运作。这能力内驻在我们里面，因此祂的能力于我们的软弱之处彰显。当我们面对四面楚歌，支撑着我们的不是肾上腺激素，而是复活基督的大能在我们身陷重围时保守我们。那使耶稣从死里复活的同样的大能正住在你里面。
哥林多后书 12:9 他对我说：「我的恩典够你用的，因为我的能力是在人的软弱上显得完全。」
以弗所书 3:16 求他按着他丰盛的荣耀，借着他的灵，叫你们心里的力量刚强起来。
我们能够振作起来，力量就在我们身上。在苦难中，上帝的恩典给我们的心注入力量。恩典等同于上帝的力量和能力，在软弱时支撑我们。
当上帝的恩典够我们用，这就是说当全能的上帝赐我们以超自然的积淀或内在力量的权柄、恩赐、能力、知晓、理解、知识以及那首先引导我们得救的恩惠，就能帮助我们立在得胜中并且侍奉神。上帝的恩典帮助我们从容应对–我们常常会面对的压力及不堪承受的生活重担。我们需要神的恩典，尤其是在我们软弱无助的时候！内在灵人通过圣灵的力量得到强化。一旦内在灵人藉着所赐给我们的禀赋得到加强，我们就能够面对任何状况。
上帝的恩典够我用，因为祂的能力在我的软弱上得以完全。靠着那加给我力量的我凡事都能做。
