Summary of Position: Digital Communication Executive is responsible for developing and managing creative content across ICS’s digital and social media platforms. The role covers graphic design, end-to-end video production, social media management, website content updates, and hospitality-related administrative support. Production experience is preferred, but this position can also be trained.

General Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in graphic design, video editing/production or digital communications. Proficiency in Canva and relevant graphic design tools. Proficiency in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent. Comfortable with video recording and basic production workflows. Photography, motion graphics, or AI-assisted creative content experience is an advantage.

• Team player with a good attitude and comfortable in multi-nationalities office
• Passionate about the ministry
• Able to speak fluent English (able to speak Mandarin is a plus)
• Have an understanding of how a cell church operates
• 3+ year experience working with relevant ministry
• Minimum: Ministry degree or Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma in Ministry
• Responsible, organized and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task various projects at a time
• Good written and oral communication in English (bilingual with Mandarin is a plus).
