The ‘Leaders for Leaders’ Network is a Christian-based platform, established by the International Church of Shanghai, dedicated to business leaders across China. The network was inspired by our church’s vision that “We are a family blessed to bless the community and the nations.” As business leaders, we have the unique opportunity to be the salt and light in the business community, shaping not only our own success but also positively impacting those around us. This network is designed to foster a supportive community where leaders can journey together, encouraging one another and finding mentorship to steer the challenges of the professional world through a Christian perspective.

“领袖互助” 网络 是一个由上海国际教会发起，致力于为中国各地的商业领袖服务。该网络联结的灵感来自于我们的教会异象：”我们是一个蒙福的大家庭，要祝福社会和万国”。作为商业领袖，我们有独特的机会成为商界的光和盐，不仅塑造我们自己的成功，也对我们周围的人产生积极的影响。这个网络联结旨在建立一个支持性的社区，让领袖们可以一起同行，互相鼓励，寻找良师益友，以基督徒的视角来引导职业世界的挑战。

Mentorship Opportunities

Leadership Mentoring Program is about personal growth, where seasoned professionals support those who are newer or navigating life transitions. This forum will facilitate these connections through structured networking, allowing participants to build trust and form valuable relationships. Attendees will engage with experienced leaders, gaining insights grounded in Christian values. By sharing personal testimonies, mentors can inspire and impact mentees, demonstrating the power of faith in overcoming challenges. The event aims to create a supportive environment where leaders can guide, uplift, and support one another through their shared faith.

领袖指导项目平台关乎个人成长，经验丰富的专业人士会为新手或正在经历人生转折的人提供支持。本论坛将通过有组织的交流促进这些联系，让受导者建立信任并形成宝贵的关系。受导者将与经验丰富的领导者交流，获得基于基督教价值观的真知灼见。通过分享个人见证，导师可以激励和影响受导者，展示信仰在克服挑战中的力量。该活动旨在创造一个支持性的环境，让领袖们能够通过共同的信仰相互指导、激励和支持。

 

Interested mentees should be ready to invest their time and effort to ensure a successful and valuable mentorship experience. This will involve participating in a one-on-one mentoring program every 3 months for 6-12 months. The aim is to connect professionals facing challenges in their work or personal lives with our diverse group of experienced leaders in the ICS Mentoring Program. The topics for discussion will vary depending on the mentee’s needs and the mentoring process. While we encourage in-person meetings, remote/digital meetings may also be an option.

感兴趣的受导者应愿意投入时间和精力，以获得成功和宝贵的指导经验。 这将包括每 3 个月参加一次一对一的指导计划，为期 6-12 个月。其目的是将在工作或个人生活中面临挑战的专业人士与 ICS 导师计划中经验丰富的各类领导者联系起来。讨论的主题将根据受导者的需求和指导过程而有所不同。我们鼓励面谈，但也可以考虑远程/数字会面。
