Philippians 4:8 (NKJV) Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
Meditate on what is pure: I am a child of God. I belong to the Kingdom of Light and the Kingdom of God. I am a new creation. I have been set free from sin and am no longer its slave. Sin has no power over me. I walk in the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus because I have been set free from the law of sin and death. The Holy Spirit who lives in me empowers me to live a holy and godly life. I can choose to walk in the Spirit rather than in the flesh. The Spirit gives me life and infuses me with strength to overcome temptation and sin. No temptation can overtake me, because God will help me to stand up under it.
Meditate on what is praiseworthy: Instead of fretting, grumbling, complaining about people, or even at God, praise God that He first loved us. Praise God that we are a new creation. Praise God that our name is written on the palm of His hand. Praise God that the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and that we have been imputed with Christ’s righteousness. Praise God that He has redeemed us and forgiven us because of the blood of Jesus Christ. Praise God that we have peace with Him. Praise God that we are accepted in the Beloved. Praise God for the wonderful privilege of having the right to become His children. Praise God that He sees us as holy and blameless in Christ. Praise God that He is a God who has promised not to leave us nor forsake us. In fact, He has placed Himself in the form of the Holy Spirit within us, so He is always with us in both good and bad situations. Praise God that the Holy Spirit, who is in us, is greater than the one in the world. He gives us wisdom and guides us daily. Praise God that He is a covenant-keeping God who watches over His covenant to a thousand generations. Praise God that He listens to the cry of the righteous, and we have the righteousness of Christ; therefore He has heard our prayers and will deliver us. Praise God that He has not given us the spirit of fear but of love, power, and a sound mind. Praise God that we are the head and not the tail. Praise God that we are on top and not below. Praise God that He has heard our prayers and will answer us. He will provide a way out and deliver us. Praise God that He is the God of all flesh, and there is absolutely nothing too difficult for Him! Praise God that when we have favour with God, we will also have favour with men.

默想可称赞的事：不要再为人或甚至为神烦恼、抱怨、发怨言，而要赞美神，因为祂先爱我们。赞美神，因为我们是新造的人。赞美神，因为我们的名字写在祂的手掌上。赞美神，因为主的眼目看顾义人，并且我们已经被归算为基督的义。赞美神，因为祂借着耶稣基督的宝血救赎我们，并赦免我们的罪。赞美神，因为我们与祂有平安。赞美神，因为我们在爱子里被接纳。赞美神，因为我们拥有成为祂儿女的美好权利。赞美神，因为祂在基督里看我们为圣洁、无瑕疵。赞美神，因为祂是一位应许永不离开我们、永不撇下我们的神。事实上，祂已经以圣灵的形式住在我们里面，因此无论在顺境或逆境中，祂都一直与我们同在。赞美神，因为住在我们里面的圣灵，比那在世界上的更大。祂赐给我们智慧，并且每天引导我们。赞美神，因为祂是一位守约的神，祂向千代守护祂的约。赞美神，因为祂垂听义人的呼求，而我们拥有基督的义；因此祂已经听见我们的祷告，并且要拯救我们。赞美神，因为祂赐给我们的不是惧怕的灵，乃是刚强、仁爱、谨守的灵。赞美神，因为我们是首，不是尾。赞美神，因为我们是在上，不是在下。赞美神，因为祂已经听见我们的祷告，并且必回应我们。祂必为我们开出路，并拯救我们。赞美神，因为祂是全人类的神，在祂没有难成的事！赞美神，因为当我们在神面前蒙恩时，也必在人面前蒙恩。
