1 John 1:5-6 (NKJV) This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
When we are feeling the blues, bumped out, or oppressed, it is a good reminder that God is light. Because darkness and light cannot coexist, there is no evil in God. Therefore, the source of our suffering is not God.
We must have the conviction that God is good all the time even during bad times! This conviction should not be dependent on our circumstances but be firmly established on the Word. Once our foundation is built on the Word, it will not be shaken when the storm of life hits us.
The opening Scripture further says that we also need to be mindful to walk in truth and not walk in darkness because God is not mocked, and a man will reap what he has sown. Therefore, if we sow in the flesh, we will reap corruption, and if we decide to live independently of God, we will have to face the consequences.
God liberates, while the devil wants to oppress and hold people in captivity. Any form of oppression, poverty, captivity, and brokenheartedness is not the work of God. The anointing presence of God is the yoke-destroying, burden-removing power of God. That is what Jesus does when His presence is in our everyday lives and in our closet during our quiet time with Him. It is the anointing work of the Holy Spirit that breaks the oppression, heals the brokenhearted, and sets free those who are captive.
Luke 4:18 (NKJV) “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed.
God wants us to be liberated from the bondage and the control of the devil. The first step is to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour so that we are transferred from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light. We are given the right to become a child of God and to cross over from death to life the moment we decide to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour. We are in God’s hands and blessed with all the spiritual blessings in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

从上帝的光中得力
约翰一书1：5-6上帝就是光，在他毫无黑暗，这是我们从主所听见，又报给你们的信息。我们若说是与上帝相交，却仍在黑暗里行，就是说谎话，不行真理了。
当我们感到忧郁、被抛弃或被压迫时，好在我们被提醒上帝是光明的。因为黑暗和光明不能共存，在上帝里面没有邪恶。因此，我们受苦的根源并不是神。
我们必须相信上帝永远都是美善的，即使是在逆境的时候！这一信念不应取决于我们的景况，而应坚定地基于上帝的话语。一旦我们的根基建立在上帝的话语之上，当生命的风暴袭击我们时，根基就不会动摇。
开篇的经文进一步提到，我们也需要谨记要行在真理中，不要行在黑暗中，因为上帝不会被嘲笑，而人则每每自食其果。因此，如果我们在血气中播种，我们将收获朽坏，如果我们决定摆脱上帝而活，我们将必须面对后果。
上帝释放人，而魔鬼则想要压迫和禁锢人。任何形式的压迫、贫穷、禁锢和心碎都不是岀于上帝的作为。上帝恩膏的彰显是上帝用以打破枷锁，挪走负担的力量。当耶稣出现在我们的日常生活中，在我们和祂在密室里一起的安静时间里，耶稣就是这样做的。这是圣灵恩膏的工作，打破了压迫，医治了心碎的人，并释放了那些被掳之人。
路加福音4：18主的灵在我身上，因为祂用膏膏我，叫我传福音给贫穷人。差遣我报告；被掳的得释放，瞎眼的得看见，叫那受压制的得自由。
上帝要我们从魔鬼的奴役和控制中被释放出来。第一步是接受耶稣基督作为我们的主和救主，这样我们就可以从黑暗的国度迁移到光明的国度里去了。当我们决定接受耶稣基督作为我们的主和救主时，我们就获得成为上帝的儿女的权利，出死入生。我们在上帝的手中，在基督耶稣的属天里得到所有属灵的祝福。
