2 Corinthians 5:15-17 (NKJV) and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again. Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
All believers begin by believing in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour. However, after that, we must not stagnate but develop into disciples of Christ. As disciples of Christ, we grow in spiritual maturity by seeking the Kingdom of God and His righteousness and by believing that everything we need in life will be provided for us. Once we understand the abundant grace of God, we will naturally want to share the good news with others. It is akin to discovering a priceless treasure. Why would we not want to share it with others? To do that, we need to familiarise ourselves with the methods of sharing the gospel, such as using the “I Found Him” booklet, and grow to disciple others with the Word of God.
As mature believers, we know that our lives are temporal; we are pilgrims and sojourners on this earth. Therefore, we would want to invest in eternity, as moths and rust cannot destroy our heavenly treasures, and respond by living intentionally for the Lord. Our concern will no longer be, “What can God do for me?” but “How can I make my life count for the Lord?”
Matthew 28:19-20 (NKJV) Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
We want to live out the new life in the new creation realities and what God has entrusted us with. In this case, we would take the great commission of being entrusted with the Word and ministry of reconciliation seriously. We are God’s ambassadors. Therefore, we speak for and make known His Kingdom.
Our entire value system transforms the moment we understand the truth of the gospel. Our priorities become aligned with God’s and the teachings of His Word; we recognise that we cannot take anything with us when our spirit departs this earth, but there are heavenly rewards that await us. Therefore, we live for Him through a life of consecration—one of holiness or being set apart for God. While there is nothing wrong with self-actualisation and striving to be the best in the corporate world, our primary purpose is to be an ambassador for Christ in the company we work for.

在我们理解福音真理的那一刻，我们的整个价值观体系就发生了改变。我们的优先序列与上帝和祂圣言的教诲保持一致；我们认识到当我们的灵离开这个世界时，我们什么也带不走，但天堂的奖赏在等着我们。因此，我们通过分别为圣的生活为祂而活—一种敬虔的生活或为上帝而分别出来的生活。虽然自我实现和努力成为企业界的佼佼者并没有错，但我们的首要目的是成为我们所效力的公司中的基督的大使。
