The network was inspired by our church’s vision that “We are a family blessed to bless the community and the nations.” As business leaders\, we have the unique opportunity to be the salt and light in the business community\, shaping not only our own success but also positively impacting those around us. This will involve participating in a one-on-one mentoring program every 3 months for 6-12 months. The aim is to connect professionals facing challenges in their work or personal lives with our diverse group of experienced leaders in the ICS Mentoring Program. The topics for discussion will vary depending on the mentee’s needs and the mentoring process.
