Deuteronomy 8:18 (NKJV) “And you shall remember the Lord your God, for it is He who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.
It is consistent in the Scriptures that God is indeed Jehovah Jireh, our provider. One of the obligations of our covenant partner God is to share His wealth with us when we have a need. Therefore, our God shall supply all our needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
2 Corinthians 8:9 (AMP) For you are recognizing [more clearly] the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ [His astonishing kindness, His generosity, His gracious favor], that though He was rich, yet for your sake He became poor, so that by His poverty you might become rich (abundantly blessed).
This passage is talking about giving and Christ being our example. Jesus left His heavenly abode which is filled with glory, majesty and splendor, to be with us. He left the richness of heaven to be among us in order for us to be rich and well supplied. It is a restoration of provision after Jesus was sacrificed for us on the cross. Everything was abundantly supplied prior to the fall of Adam and Eve. Lack and poverty are curses that came with the fall of mankind. The land was cursed and man had to work hard to bring about produce in the land. Poverty is not a blessing and neither is lack a virtue.
The Apostle Paul was encouraging the church to give willingly, joyfully and to excel in this area. Every good and perfect gift comes from the Father of light who does not change like a shifting shadow. God, the Heavenly Father is able to do over and above what we are doing for our children. If we are able to look after our children and ensure that they are adequately supplied, how much more will our Heavenly Father do to ensure that we are well provided for in life.
Psalm 35:27 (NKJV) Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”
Many of the scriptures reveal to us that God is happy and glad when we are well provided for in life. He rejoices when we are doing well financially, in our jobs and businesses. He rejoices over us when we are not in lack. He rejoices when we are enjoying everything that He has provided for us. He is a good Heavenly Father who is Jehovah Jireh our provider.
When we are convinced that God is the source of our provision in life then we will not be anxious or have our security built around our riches or our position in a company. Our whole outlook and attitude towards life and the people that God has placed in our lives will be well balanced.

哥林多后书8:9 你们(更清楚地)知道我们主耶稣基督的恩典 （祂那惊人的恩慈、祂的慷慨、祂的恩典）祂本来富足，却为你们成了贫穷，叫你们因祂的贫穷，可以变作富足（充充足足地蒙福）。
这段经文是关于奉献和基督成为我们的榜样。耶稣离开祂那充满荣耀，威严，壮丽的天上居所，要与我们同在。祂将天上的丰富留在我们中间，使我们得着丰富的供应和富足。耶稣在十字架上为我们牺牲后，我们的供应得以恢复。在亚当和夏娃堕落之前，一切都是充足的。缺乏和贫穷是伴随人类堕落而来的咒诅。土地被咒诅，人类必须劳苦工作才能从地里得吃的。贫穷不是祝福，缺乏也不是美德。
使徒保罗鼓励教会甘心乐意地奉献，并在这方面做得更好。各样美善的恩赐和各样全备的赏赐、都是从光明之父来的，在祂并没有改变、也没有转动的影儿。神，我们的天父能够比我们为我们的孩子所能做的做得更多。如果我们能照顾我们的孩子，并确保他们得到充分的供应，更何况我们的天父呢， 岂不为我们做更多以确保我们的生活得到充分的供应吗？
诗篇35:27 愿那喜悦公义的欢呼快乐, 愿他们常说：“当尊耶和华为大，耶和华喜悦祂的仆人平安”。
许多圣经经文告诉我们，当我们的生活得到充足的供应时，神是欢喜快乐的。当我们在财务上、工作上和生意上都很好时，祂是喜悦的。当我们不缺乏的时候，祂为我们喜悦。当我们享受祂为我们预备的一切时，祂就欢喜。祂是良善的天父，是耶和华以勒我们的供应者。
当我们确信神是我们生活供应的来源时，我们就不会焦虑，也不会把我们的安全感建立在我们的财富或我们在公司中的地位之上。我们对生活以及神安置在我们生命中人们的看法和态度，都将得到很好的平衡。
