Therefore, if the whole nation of Israel continued to be stubborn in their ways, the consequence would be a nation of people separated from God for eternity.
Many of the Israelites and the people in the world do not believe that Jesus is the Son of God. Therefore, they stand condemned because they have rejected the only way that God has ordained for us to come to Him. The way, the truth and the life is found in Jesus Christ. It is the blood of Jesus and not the blood of lambs that will bring them to God.
If they reject Jesus then they stand condemned before God because there is no other way for them to be saved except through the blood of Jesus Christ.
Many people are attempting to get their lives right with God or to plan for their eternity but nothing seems to help them to be fully convinced that they are accepted. They are lost in their sin and self- righteousness through their own works which are not able to help them stand righteous before God.
We need to take the gospel of Jesus Christ and the righteousness that is found in Christ to them.
Romans 5:17 (NKJV) For if by the one man’s offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)
What is Righteousness and why is it so important?
Righteousness is the ability to stand in the presence of God without the sense of sin, guilt or inferiority.
Righteousness is a free gift given to us by the Grace of God! He loves us unconditionally and desires to restore that relationship with us.
When we have been subject to always performing to receive acceptance from parents, friends, peers, employers, society or even gods, we find it difficult to accept something that is free. It seems too good to be true. Grace is the unmerited favor of God. He gives it freely to us although we do not deserve it. All we need to do is to receive Jesus’ completed work and we are made righteous.

公义的恩赐
约翰福音3：16-18 神爱世人，甚至将祂的独生子赐给他们，叫一切信祂的，不至灭亡，反得永生。因为神差祂的儿子降世，不是要定世人的罪，乃是要叫世人因祂得救。
“信祂的人，不被定罪；不信的人，罪已经定了，因为他不信神独生子的名。
神不仅让我们看到问题，而且还给了我们解决方案。 祂不是来定我们的罪，也不是监察我们何时会犯错， 而是给我们指了一条重返祂怀抱的明路。
因此，如果整个以色列民族继续一意孤行，其后果是将成为永远与神隔绝的民族。很多以色列人和世界上其他的人都不承认耶稣是神的儿子。 他们之所以会被定罪，是因为他们拒绝了神命令我们来到祂面前的唯一道路。 道路、真理和生命都在耶稣基督里； 唯有耶稣的宝血，而不是羔羊的血，才能够带领他们来到神面前。如果他们拒绝耶稣，就会在神面前被定罪，因为除了耶稣基督的宝血，没有他法可得救赎。
许多人试图让自己的生命合神心意或是为自己的永生筹划，似乎无法让他们确信他们已被神接受了。想透过自己做工，而这些工无法让他们在神面前称义，反而迷失在自己的罪和自义里。
我们需要传扬给他们耶稣基督的福音和基督的公义。
罗马书5:17 若因一人的过犯，死就因这一人作了王，何况那些受洪恩又蒙所赐之义的，岂不更要因耶稣基督一人在生命中作王吗？
什么是公义？为何公义如此重要？
公义是可以坦然站在神的面前而不感有罪、愧疚或自卑的能力。
公义是神的恩典白白给我们的赏赐！ 祂无条件地爱我们，并渴望与我们恢复这种关系。
当我们一直因表现才获得父母、朋友、同侪、雇主、社会甚至神灵的接纳时，我们会发现很难接受白白得来的东西，太难以置信了。神的恩典原是我们不配的，祂白白的赏赐给我们； 我们要做的就是接受耶稣在十架上成就的工，因信称义。
