230329 – The Heart Of Worship II | TBS Devotions

“But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.”

Psalm 59 : 16

The Bible encourages us to sing to the Lord in every season of our life. Singing songs of praise to God should be as frequent as eating breakfast every morning. You may skip it once in a while but you can tell the difference between a day without a good breakfast and starting your day with a good and healthy meal.

There is power in worship, because Jesus is the strength of our Heart. When we praise Him, our Spirit is lifted up and we can experience a divine exchange.

Worship God in the morning and allow yourself to receive a new portion of His love, His grace, His mercy and His strength.

You will need it to celebrate the good days of your life but you will also need it to face the challenges of life.

God is our fortress, our refuge in times of trouble. Let’s go back to the heart of worship this morning. Let’s remember his promises. Let’s clam it, declare it, believe it and hold on to it!

Those promises will become a reality in our life, a personal experience.

So, let’s start our day by singing out loud about the goodness of our God, our refuge and strength.  The One whose love for us is unconditional.

Prayer: Lord, put a new song in my heart. I praise your Name. Great is your faithfulness to me. You are good all the time!
