Isaiah 53:5 (NKJV)But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed.Healing is part of the redemption realities. Sickness and pain were not part of God’s creation but it came into the world after the fall of man. However, the restoration of health regardless whether it is a healing process or a miracle is very much dependent on God. God is also able to use medical science to restore someone back to health, likewise He is also able to restore us during this period of COVID-19 when there is no viral treatment or vaccine available! It is important for us to believe in our theological conviction so that we are able to connect our faith in God where all things are possible! It is a fight of faith between what we are experiencing, the medical reports and what we believe theologically.
When someone is sick we pray the prayer of faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen. Therefore, it has to be anchored in God’s promises for healing that He will heal when we pray in faith. We are joining our faith with the person who is sick and believe that God will heal them.
Isaiah 38:2-5 (NKJV) Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the Lord, and said, “Remember now, O Lord, I pray, how I have walked before You in truth and with a loyal heart, and have done what is good in Your sight.” And Hezekiah wept bitterly. And the word of the Lord came to Isaiah, saying, “Go and tell Hezekiah, ‘Thus says the Lord, the God of David your father: “I have heard your prayer, I have seen your tears; surely I will add to your days fifteen years.
Hezekiah was able to reason with God on a personal basis by reminding God how he had walked before God. Hezekiah reminded God that he had been loyal to Him, walked in the truth and did what was good. God responded to his plea and gave him 15 more years. The fight of faith is a very personal one.
Acts 10:38 (NKJV) how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
Jesus came to do the will of the Father from the beginning of His ministry until He was crucified on the cross for us, to show forth the love of God. He did nothing apart from what the Father expected of him on Earth. God is merciful and compassionate who heals the sick. Jesus confirmed it when John the Baptist asked whether they should wait for another and the answer that Jesus gave was Matthew 11:5 (NKJV)“The blind see and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear; the dead are raised up and the poor have the gospel preached to them.”

耶稣 – 我们的医治者
以赛亚书 53:5哪 知 他 为 我 们 的 过 犯 受 害 ， 为 我 们 的 罪 孽 压 伤 。 因 他 受 的 刑 罚 ， 我 们 得 平 安 ； 因 他 受 的 鞭 伤 ， 我 们 得 医 治 。
医治是救赎现实的一部分。疾病和痛苦原不在神的创造中，但通过人的堕落来到这个世界。可是，健康的恢复，不论是一个过程或是奇迹治愈都取决于神。神能用医药科学来使人恢复健康，同样的就算没有病毒治疗方法或疫苗可用,祂也能在COVID-19疫情期间恢复我们！对我们而言，重要的是要相信我们的神学信念，这样我们就能够通过信心与神联结起来，而在神万事都能！这是，我们所经历的、医学报告与我们在神学里所相信的之间的信心之战。
当有人病了我们祷告信心的祷告文。信是所望之事的实底和未见之事的确据。因此，这祷告是基于神的医治应许，当我们在信心中祷告时祂会治愈。我们将我们的信心与这个病人联结并相信神会医治他们。
以赛亚书38:2-5 2 希 西 家 就 转 脸 朝 墙 ， 祷 告 耶 和 华 说 ：3 耶 和 华 啊 ， 求 你 记 念 我 在 你 面 前 怎 样 存 完 全 的 心 ， 按 诚 实 行 事 ， 又 做 你 眼 中 所 看 为 善 的 。 希 西 家 就 痛 哭 了 。4 耶 和 华 的 话 临 到 以 赛 亚 说 ：5 你 去 告 诉 希 西 家 说 ， 耶 和 华 ─ 你 祖 大 卫 的 神 如 此 说 ： 我 听 见 了 你 的 祷 告 ， 看 见 了 你 的 眼 泪 。 我 必 加 增 你 十 五 年 的 寿 数 ；
希 西 家能够从个人层面与神讨论，提醒神记念他如何在神面前行走。希西家提醒神记念他在神面前存完全的心，按诚实行事和做良善的事。神回应他的祈求，并加赠他15年的寿数。信心之战是非常个人的争战。
使徒行传 10:38神 怎 样 以 圣 灵 和 能 力 膏 拿 撒 勒 人 耶 稣 ， 这 都 是 你 们 知 道 的 。 他 周 流 四 方 ， 行 善 事 ， 医 好 凡 被 魔 鬼 压 制 的 人 ， 因 为 神 与 他 同 在 。
耶稣从事奉之初就遵行父的旨意，直到为我们在十字架上被钉死，以彰显神的爱。在地上祂没有做任何父期望之外的事。神是怜悯和慈爱的，祂治愈病人。耶稣肯定了这点，当施洗约翰问祂他们需要等候别人吗，耶稣给的答案是马太福音11:5“就 是 瞎 子 看 见 ， 瘸 子 行 走 ， 长 大麻疯 的 洁 净 ， 聋 子 听 见 ， 死 人 复 活 ， 穷 人 有 福 音 传 给 他 们 。”
