he had not sown since it was the servants who did all the sowing and the reaping. However, the servant had overlooked the fact that all the servants were well-fed while working on the master’s field and that the master was giving them more responsibilities.
God has entrusted His servants with the tasks of sowing and reaping because we are His servants and representatives on earth. If the master is the one who sows, there would be no need to provide the seeds for us. We need to acknowledge that we are sowing and reaping on God’s behalf so that we can continue to sow again and again on His behalf.
2 Corinthians 9:6,10b But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully…. supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness,
A faithful steward of God’s finances should not hoard money but be sensitive to what the master wants him to give. We need to remember this biblical financial principle so that we will trust in the Lord and not in the world. God will provide us with more when we are proven to be faithful stewards and administrators of His finances, but God will only supply and multiply to us after we have faithfully sown into those areas that He has instructed us!
Luke 6:38 (NKJV) Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”
God will multiply the seed that we have sown so we can keep giving to different causes. It is an act of righteousness when we give according to how the Lord leads us. It can be for mission, for the poor and needy or for anything that He has placed in our hearts. It is a test of obedience, stewardship and faithfulness whenever the Lord prompts us to give. If we are not faithful with the little, why should God entrust us with more?
Proverbs 11:24-25 (NKJV) There is one who scatters, yet increases more; And there is one who withholds more than is right, but it leads to poverty. The generous soul will be made rich, and he who waters will also be watered himself.

马太福音 25:24 那 领 一 千 的 也 来 ， 说 ： 主 阿 ， 我 知 道 你 是 忍 心 的 人 ， 没 有 种 的 地 方 要 收 割 ， 没 有 散 的 地 方 要 聚 敛 ，
该寓言中的第三个仆人知道主人会收割那些他并没有亲自播种的，因为所有的播种和收割都是由仆人完成的。但是，他忽略了所有的仆人在主人地里工作时都得到很好的给养，并且主人给予了他们更多的责任。
神将播种和收割的任务托付给祂仆人们，因我们是祂在地上的仆人和代表。如果播种的人是神，那就没有必要提供种子给我们。我们需要承认我们是以神的名义在播种和收割，所以我们能代表祂的名义不断的播种。

神财物上忠心的管家不会囤积金钱而是对主人要他给予的敏锐。我们需要记住这一圣经中财务原则，以便我们将信靠主而不是这世界。当我们被证明是神的财物忠实的管家时，祂会提供给我们更多的，但神只会在，当我们信实地向祂指导我们的领域里播种之后，供应和增添我们。

神会多加我们所播下的种子，以便我们继续就不同的需要奉献。当我们按着神引领的方式奉献时，这是一个称义的行为。 它可以是为传教，为穷苦和有需要的人，或为其他任何祂放在我们心中的事情。当神提示我们去奉献时，这是一个对顺服，管理和忠心的考验。如果我们对小事都不忠心，神为什么会托付更多的给我们呢？
