Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.The Holy Spirit can lead us through our daily struggles because He is a Helper sent by our Father that dwells within us, but we need to allow Him to pray through us so that we can be strengthened in the process.
The Holy Spirit helps to build up our “inner man” when we pray in tongues (spirit). When we are discouraged and worn down, there is a strengthening available for us if we will open our hearts, minds, and souls to the Holy Spirit. The prayer language of speaking in tongues is meant for every believer, but we need to receive it willingly because it is a very important help for us.
The Holy Spirit wants to build you up in your faith and strengthen your “inner man” through the praying in tongues. Besides choosing to yield to the Holy Spirit and not grieve Him, it will also help you to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit when you pray frequently in tongues.
The Holy Spirit also helps us to pray when we are weak. We should share with God everything that we are facing when we fellowship with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is there whenever we need Him to help us to pray. We can approach Him no matter where or when, and He is able to help us by coming alongside us when we allow Him to pray through us. This gift of companionship is one of the best gifts that God has given us.
Another wonderful thing about having the Holy Spirit to pray through us is that He will pray according to the will of God, so we can trust Him in this kind of prayer. We are to yield to Him and allow Him to intercede. There is a release, a kind of peace and joy after you have prayed through in partnership with the Holy Spirit, because He knows our inner needs and struggles, and He will also groan, sigh and cry during those times of praying.
We are not meant to walk alone in our Christian walk. Besides our Christian brothers and sisters, we have the wonderful companion and help of the Holy Spirit, so let us take time to strengthen ourselves in the spirit and allow the Holy Spirit to pray through us.

让圣灵帮助你祷告
罗马书8:26 况且，我们的软弱有圣灵帮助；我们本不晓得当怎样祷告，只是圣灵亲自用说不出来的叹息替我们祷告。
圣灵会引导我们克服每日的挣扎，因为圣灵是天父赐给我们的、住在我们里面的帮助者，只是我们需要容许圣灵通过我们祷告，这样我们才能越发刚强。
当我们用方言(在灵里)祷告时，圣灵帮助我们造就我们的“内在灵人”。当我们灰心丧气的时候，只要我们向圣灵敞开自己的身、心、灵，我们就能得着力量。用方言祷告，是为每一个信徒预备的，但我们需要心甘情愿地领受，因为这对于我们是很重要的帮助。
圣灵要藉着以方言祷告来建立你的信心，并且坚固你的“内在灵人”。除了选择顺服圣灵以及不使祂忧伤外，当你经常用方言祷告时，也会帮助你对圣灵更加敏感。
圣灵也帮助我们在软弱时祷告。当我们与圣灵相交时，我们应该与上帝分享我们所面对的一切。任何时候，当我们需要圣灵帮助我们祷告的时候，圣灵就在那里。无论何时何地，我们都可以亲近祂，当我们允许祂通过我们祷告时，祂就能藉着与我们同行来帮助我们。这种陪伴是上帝赐给我们最好的礼物之一。
有圣灵藉着我们来祷告的另一桩妙事就是：祂会按照上帝的旨意来祷告，所以我们可以相信祂的祷告。我们要向祂让步，让祂说情。当你在圣灵的陪伴之下祷告过后，就会有一种释放、平和与喜乐，因为祂知道我们内心的需要和挣扎，在这些祷告期间，祂也会呻吟、叹息和哭泣。
在基督徒的道路上，我们并不是独自行走。除了我们的基督徒弟兄姐妹，我们还有圣灵的奇妙陪伴和帮助，所以让我们花些时间在圣灵里坚固我们自己，让圣灵通过我们来祷告。
