Hebrews 11:1, 6 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen… But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
Faith is something that helps us to hold onto God and turn on the switch to trust in God. In order for us to have faith in God, it is important for us to know that God is Love and a God of Love. Understanding God’s kind of love will help us to put our faith in Him especially during very challenging times in our lives. We cannot put our trust in someone that we are uncertain of or unfamiliar with.
John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
When we accept Jesus Christ into our lives, we have the nature of God in us, the old nature of sin passes away and a new one is created. Eternal and abundant life starts from the moment we receive Jesus into our lives.
1 John 3:8-9 He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.
God fulfilled what he had promised in the book of Genesis whereby He would destroy the work of the devil and deliver mankind back to Himself.
We who believe in Jesus have our relationship restored with God the Father. He listens to our prayers and we are able to stand on His promises. With God by our side we can overcome temptation that is in the world and also face the challenges in life i.e. trials, tribulations, persecution, sickness etc.
Therefore in the midst of the trials and the tribulations, it is important that we walk in the light and remember to walk in love so that our fellowship with God will not be affected.
1 John 5:4 ,14 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith… Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
If God was able to give us His very best to restore us to Himself, how much more will He not do to help us in times of need. We need to have faith to stand on God’s promises until the manifestation of that promise.

对神和祂的话语有信心
希伯来书11:1,6 信就是所望之事的实底，是未见之事的确据… 人非有信，就不能得 神的喜悦；因为到神面前来的人必须信有神，且信祂赏赐那寻求祂的人。
信心幫助我们抓紧神並开启转向信任神的道路。要对神有信心，重要的是我们要知道神就是愛、是一位有愛的神。理解神的愛会帮助我们相信神，尤其是当生活中充滿挑战的时候。我们无法信任我们不确定或不熟悉的人。
约翰福音3:16-17神爱世人，甚至将祂的独生子赐给他们，叫一切信祂的，不致灭亡，反得永生。 因为神差祂的儿子降世，不是要定世人的罪，乃是要叫世人因祂得救.
当接受耶稣基督进入我们的生命时，我们就拥有了神的属性，罪的旧性过去了，都变成新的了。永恒与丰盛的生命从我们接受耶稣进入我们的生命的那一刻开始。
约翰一书3:8-9 犯罪的是属魔鬼，因为魔鬼从起初就犯罪。神的儿子显现出来，为要除灭魔鬼的作为。凡从神生的，就不犯罪，因神的道存在他心里；他也不能犯罪，因为他是由神生的。
神成就了在创世记里所应许的：祂将除灭魔鬼的作为，释放人归回祂自己。
相信耶稣的我们已和父神修复了关系。祂聆听我们的祷告，我们能站立在祂的应许之中。有神的陪伴，我们就能胜过世界的诱惑和直面生活的挑战；比如：试炼、磨难、逼迫、疾病等等。
因此，在试炼和磨难中，重要的是我们要行在光和爱里，这样我们与神的团契就不会受到影响。
约翰一书5:4，14 因为凡从神生的，就胜过世界；使我们胜了世界的，就是我们的信心… 我们若照祂的旨意求什么，祂就听我们，这是我们向祂所存坦然无惧的心。
如果神能把祂最好的都赐给我们，使我们与祂和好；在我们有需要的时候，祂岂不做更大的事来帮助我们。我们要凭信心站在神的应许里直到成就。
