Romans 8:16-17 (NKJV) The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs—heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together.
There is no inheritance without sonship and no sonship without spiritual birth. We have become sons and daughters of the Living God the moment we accepted Christ into our lives. In John 3:3 Jesus told Nicodemus that no one is able to see the Kingdom of God unless they are born again. Therefore, when we personally invite Jesus to come into our lives by confessing that we are sinners and acknowledge that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior, then we are saved!
John 1:12 (NJKV) But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name
We are a new creation in that we have a new spirit man or the inner man. The Holy Spirit who lives in us helps us to operate in the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus. We are free from the law of sin and death!
Romans 8:12-13 (NKJV) Therefore, brethren, we are debtors—not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
We are not debtors to the flesh or sinful nature but we have the ability to walk in the Spirit and have an abundant life!
God’s divine power caused our spirit man to be completely new and thus, we are a new creation. We are heirs of God by inheriting His nature into our beings. The nature of God is holy and righteous, and we will act righteously when we yield to the Holy Spirit and choose to walk in the spirit. We can choose to allow love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness and self-control to flow out of our lives.

我们是神的後嗣

不是后嗣就没有继承权，没有灵里的重生就不是后嗣。 我们接受基督进入我们生命的那一刻，我们就成为永生神的儿女。 在约翰福音3：3中，耶稣告诉尼哥底母，人若不重生，就不能见神的国 。 因此，当我们承认我们是罪人并承认耶稣基督是我们的救主时，我们就亲自邀请耶稣进入我们的生命里，我们就得着拯救！
约翰福音1：12凡接待他的，就是信他名的人，他就赐他们权柄做神的儿女
我们是新造的人，因为我们有一个新的灵人或内在的人。 住在我们里面的圣灵，帮助我们按照基督耶稣的生命圣灵的律行事。 我们摆脱了罪和死的律！
罗马书8：12-13，弟兄们，这样看来，我们并不是欠肉体的债，去顺从肉体活着。你们若顺从肉体活着，必要死；若靠着圣灵治死身体的恶行，必要活着
我们不再是肉体或罪性的奴仆，但我们有能力行在圣灵中，活出丰盛的生命！
神的神能使我们的内在灵人焕然一新，因此，我们是新造的人。 通过继承神的本性，我们成为神的后嗣。 神的本性是圣洁和公义，当我们顺服于圣灵并选择行在圣灵中时，我们就会行事公义。 我们可以选择让仁爱，喜悦，和平，忍耐，良善， 信实，温柔和节制流淌在我们的生命中。
